I love being out in nature and find it a constant source of inspiration, relaxation which helps to recharge the batteries. The benefits of nature on mental health have been proven time and time again to help reduce anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement and even anger.

When the pandemic first hit and we went into lockdown it felt surreal and I had a sense of ‘is this really happening’. During the lockdown we have had our own unique experiences and emotions evoked in lockdown are magnified.
