What is Trauma Counselling?

Trauma Counselling offers an opportunity to talk about your experiences in a safe, confidential and empathetic way. As an experienced trauma counsellor I will work with you to help you understand and process your trauma and develop coping mechanisms to manage your life.

Trauma can lead to conditions such as Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and long term anxiety which effects life every day. Trauma, left unprocessed, can impact life in many different ways. Your trauma is unique and personal to you and I will work with you to support and help you process past traumas helping you to move forwards with your life in the here and now.

If you are looking for an experienced trauma counsellor please get in touch. I am here to support you.
