My approach
A space that is truly yours
Counselling offers something rare – a cocoon where you can be completely honest. A space to vent, to sit with difficult emotions, to cry, to shout, to talk – whatever you need. I’ll sit alongside you, listen, and offer a mental “first aid kit” to support you.
My goal as your counsellor is to help you develop a deeper understanding of what’s happening, and to support you in finding ways to manage your emotions, anxieties, relationships, grief, and any other concerns you bring to therapy. As an accredited BACP counsellor, I offer quality, professional support — always tailored to your individual needs.
Your feelings do not own you – you own your feelings.
I work with individual adults (18+) and couples, using an integrative approach. Sessions are available face-to-face in my air-conditioned counselling cabin in Fleet, or online via Zoom. I am also recommended with several private health providers.
Supporting carers, patients & families
I have a particular interest in counselling for carers, patients, and family members of people with long-term and life-limiting illness — including Alzheimer’s, dementia, and cancer. I understand the unique emotional weight that comes with supporting a loved one through serious illness, and I’m here to support you too. My Mum lived with Vascular Dementia for over 10 years and my Dad cared for her at home. I have witnessed the devastation this illness has not just on the person but the whole family.
