I love being out in nature and find it a constant source of inspiration, relaxation which helps to recharge the batteries. The benefits of nature on mental health have been proven time and time again to help reduce anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement and even anger.

If you go out for a walk look up and see the sky through the canopy of trees, it is a beautiful different perspective on nature and the beauty of where we live.

During the lockdown we have had our own unique experiences and emotions evoked in lockdown are magnified.
