I provide both in-person and online sessions for individual counselling, EMDR therapy, and Couples therapy. My approach is grounded in kindness, compassion, empathy, and understanding. Together, we will work in a collaborative way to create a safe and confidential space where you can openly explore your feelings and experiences. I work with adults and carers, covering a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, overwhelm, grief and loss, depression, relationship challenges, building confidence and self-esteem, trauma, and coping with long-term or life-limiting illness. I have a particular interest in supporting carers, patients, and families affected by long-term illnesses such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Cancer. My aim is to provide support tailored to your unique situation, helping you find clarity and resilience along your journey.
