Caroline Ellison Counselling

A little about me

Hi, I’m Caroline Ellison. I offer both in-person and online counselling, EMDR Therapy, and Couples Therapy from my peaceful, air-conditioned counselling cabin in Fleet, Hampshire. With a foundation built on kindness, compassion, and understanding, I am here to support you on your journey. As your counsellor, I will work alongside you in a safe, confidential space where you can freely explore and process your thoughts and feelings.

I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), committed to providing professional and high-quality support. I have extensive experience working with a variety of issues, and I will tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs.

My practice is located in Fleet, Hampshire, near the Hampshire and Surrey borders. For more details, please visit my FAQ page, and for honest feedback from clients, check out the Client Feedback page. I am also recommended by BUPA and work with several private health providers.

Whether you are hoping to manage specific mental health challenges, cope better with difficult emotions, or simply want to improve how you feel about yourself, counselling can be a helpful step forward. Feel free to get in touch to book your first appointment, please email me—I look forward to supporting you.

My Counselling Style

Counselling provides an opportunity for you to talk about your concerns in a confidential and safe environment. My goal as your counsellor is to help you develop a deeper understanding of what is happening and to support you in finding ways to manage your emotions, anxieties, relationships, grief and any other concerns you bring to therapy. As an Accredited BACP counsellor I offer quality, professional counselling.

Talking with a counsellor offers a cocoon, a space to vent, a sounding board, a space where it is safe to honestly sit with your emotions, cry, shout, talk, whatever you need. I will sit with you, listen and offer you a mental ‘first aid kit’ to support you. You are not alone, I am here for you.

Remember, your feelings do not own you, you own your feelings! Find a way to be OK with how you feel and understand why you feel the way you do, when you do.

Counselling Services

I work with individual adults (18+), Couples and carers supporting you with kindness, compassion, empathy and understanding. I also offer Couples Therapy.
